At Crafts by Bean, we understand that customer satisfaction is paramount. Therefore, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. If customers change their mind about their purchase or are dissatisfied with a product, we are dedicated to resolving their concerns promptly.
 
Our return & exchange policy reflects our commitment to ensuring that our customers can shop with confidence. We aim to provide a positive and supportive experience for any returns or exchanges, prioritizing customer satisfaction and peace of mind, so here's how we handle returns/refunds:

ELIGIBLE.

~ If you receive the wrong item (different from what you ordered)

~ If there is a clear defect in craftsmanship.

~ If the item arrives damaged due to our error.

In these cases, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, with photos of the issue. Once approved, you may return the bag (unused, in original condition), and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

NOT ELIGIBLE.

~ Change of mind after purchase.

~ Custom orders (since they're made specifically for you)

~ Normal "wear and tear" after use.

~ Slight variation in colour/design--since every bag is handmade, no two are 100% identical.

TIMELINE.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to your original payment method.
